17. How quickly are complaints handled?

Our Grievance Officer will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 7–10 business days.

16. Whom do I contact for product or business complaints?
  • First, contact your Associate sponsor/upline.

  • If unresolved, contact your nearest Stock Point.

  • For escalations, reach our Grievance Officer (name, email, phone, office address available on the Grievance Redressal page).

  • 15. What is the company’s disclaimer?

    All Ayuraura products are food supplements, not medicines. They do not replace medical treatment or advice. Always consult a doctor if pregnant, nursing, or under medical treatment.

    14. Who ensures the products meet standards?

    Products are manufactured by licensed manufacturers with FSSAI approvals, and tested for quality. Certificates are available for inspection.

    13. What legal registrations does Ayuraura have?

    Ayuraura is a Private Limited Company, registered with GST and FSSAI. Our legal documents (PAN, COI, GST, FSSAI License) are available on the Legals page of our website.

    12. Can my ID be suspended or terminated?

    Yes, if an Associate is found misusing company funds, misrepresenting the business, or breaking compliance rules, Ayuraura can suspend/terminate IDs without notice.

    11. Where can I check my income and PV?

    Associates can log in to the Ayuraura back office using their ID to track PV, income, and team growth.

    10. How are Associates paid?

    Earnings come through commissions, binary payouts, and performance bonuses as per the Ayuraura compensation plan. Payments are made directly into Associates’ registered bank accounts (after KYC).

    9. How do I become an Ayuraura Associate?

    You can join through an existing Associate (your sponsor/upline). After registration, you may purchase products, earn PV, and build your team.

    8. Are there refunds or exchanges?

    Products can only be replaced if they are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered by a Stock Point. Requests must be raised within 7 days with proof. Opened/used products are not eligible for return.

    7. Where can I see product details (ingredients, usage, warnings)?

    Each product has a label and detail page on our website showing: ingredients, usage instructions, FSSAI number, MRP, net qty, warnings, and disclaimers.

    6. What is PV (Point Value)?

    Every product has a PV (Point Value). PV is used for calculating commissions, rewards, and targets in the Ayuraura compensation plan.

    5. How can I buy Ayuraura products?

    Products are available through our authorized Stock Points/Depots and registered Associates. Contact your nearest Associate or Stock Point to purchase.

    3. Are Ayuraura products safe?

    Yes ✅ All products are manufactured in licensed FSSAI-approved facilities following strict quality standards (GMP/ISO certified manufacturers).

    No ❌ Our products are dietary supplements/herbal wellness products, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
