2. Code of Conduct
All Associates must conduct themselves ethically and professionally. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Misrepresenting Ayuraura’s products, income potential, or business model.

• Making false claims about product benefits.

• Engaging in deceptive sales tactics or coercion.

• Selling on unauthorized platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) without company approval.

• Harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior.

3. Distributor Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must comply with all applicable laws of India.

• Must not have a history of fraudulent business practices.

4. Compensation Plan
Ayuraura operates a transparent direct selling compensation plan based strictly on product sales.

• Retail Profits – Earn from direct product sales.

• Referral Bonuses – Earn for enrolling new distributors with product purchases.

• Rank-based Incentives – Higher ranks earn additional rewards.

• Residual Income – Earn from downline sales volume.

5. Product Sales & Advertising

• Products may only be sold via Ayuraura-authorized Stock Points and Associates.

• Any promotional/advertising material must be approved by the company.

• Products cannot be sold on unauthorized ecommerce sites without written consent.

6. Refund & Return Policy

• Products purchased from authorized Stock Points may be returned/replaced within 7 days only if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product is defective/damaged

• Opened or used products are not eligible.

• Distributors may return unsold inventory within 60 days under specific company conditions.

7. Prohibition of Pyramid Schemes
Ayuraura strictly adheres to India’s Direct Selling Guidelines 2021.

• Income is generated only from sale of products.

• Recruitment alone does not create commissions.

8. Termination Policy
Ayuraura reserves the right to terminate an Associate’s ID if they:

• Engage in fraud or misrepresentation

• Break company rules

• Join/operate in competing MLM companies without permission

9. Legal Compliance
All Associates must comply with local, state, and national laws.
Ayuraura is not responsible for violations committed by individuals.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will first be resolved via mediation/arbitration.

• If unresolved, all disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Guwahati, Assam (India).
